KETUBAH
A ketubah (Hebrew: כְּתוּבָּה ; "written thing") is a Jewish marriage agreement. It is considered an integral part of a traditional Jewish marriage, and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom, in relation to the bride. Many couples follow the Jewish tradition of `hiddur mitzvah` which calls for ceremonial objects such as the ketubah to be made as beautiful as possible.
